The school uniform may change after three years.
ABOUT THE TRANSPORTATION
The transportation service will be provided by the school, Transport charge will be paid by the parents fixed by the school. Students can avail the Transport subject to the availability of seats. The routes of the school buses are down up and the parents should consult the school transport in change for necessary details.
RULES FOR SCHOOL TRANSPORT
Ø
Buses will run at their prescribed route as
per chart.
Ø
Bus stop which is decided by school will be
same throughout the current academic session.
Ø
No request regarding creation of new bus stop
will be entertained during this period.
Ø
Parents are requested to inform with
application to the school authority one week before in case there is change in
address.
Ø Students will be informed verbally for any change in timing of school transport during special programmes of the school or
any other occasion.
Ø
School will not be responsible if buses will
be late because of any unavoidable circumstances like road jam and blockade.
Ø
At the time of "BUNDH" called by any
organisation operation of buses will be stopped for the safety and security of
students.
Ø Students are advised to reach at their proper stops ten minutes before the arrival of bus(es) otherwise school will not be
responsible for missing the bus on the allotted route.
Ø Students are advised to take their seats in the buses of their prescribed route. They are not permitted to travel in any other
bus for which they have not applied. If the bus is missed the parents would take their own arrangement to drop their ward at school.
Ø Parents are advised to reach at the stop fixed for their ward(s) ten minutes before to receive him/her. School will not be responsible
for any unwanted incident afterwards.
Ø School will not take any responsibility for any injury in the bus due to mechanical trouble however first aid will be given on humanitarian
ground for any minor injury.
Ø
The parents will not ask for any type of
compensation against physical or any other loss.
Ø Parents whose wards avail bus facility may give in writing any suggestion regarding school transport at B.D.Public School, Nawada Chowk, Ara- Bhojpur (Bihar).
Ø
School is having the right to change the bus
stop and route no. for which parents/guardians applied for their ward.
Ø The transport facility can be withdrawn by the school if the behaviour of the student is not up to the expectations of the school.
IMPORTANT: Please instruct your ward that he/she must not quarrel with others while travelling in the bus.
WITHDRAWAL
A clear calendar month's, notice in writing or a month fee, in lieu of notice, must be given before the pupil can be withdrawn. Also student can be expelled from the school on grounds of 'Gross indiscipline' Detention in the same class for 2 years.
